Don’t need a full plan or package, but still want some guidance? The Sleep Audit Call is a one-time, 60-minute phone or video session where we take a closer look at your baby’s current sleep situation. We’ll review your schedule, routines, sleep environment, and anything else that might be impacting rest. You’ll leave with personalized recommendations and a clear action plan to help improve sleep, without the commitment of a full support package.

  • Once you submit an inquiry, I’ll follow up by sending over an invoice and scheduling a day and time that works for our call. Before we meet, I’ll send you a questionnaire so I can get a full picture of what’s going on. That way, we don’t spend the whole call going over the details. Instead, we’ll use the full hour to focus on strategy, solutions, and next steps tailored to your baby’s specific sleep needs.

  • $125 – 1-Hour Call

  • I’ll arrive before your child’s bedtime to help guide and support you through the evening routine. You’ll stay involved during bedtime while I coach you through the process, then once your child is asleep, I take over for the rest of the night. I’ll stay for 10 hours total, responding to wake-ups and following the sleep plan consistently so you can sleep while the hard work is handled for you.

  • This in-home service is only available as an add-on to a virtual sleep training package and cannot be booked on its own. It’s designed to complement the personalized sleep plan and support you've already chosen, giving you a hands-on jumpstart to the process.

  • $400 per night

Each in-home night includes 10 hours of overnight support at $40/hour. This service is added onto your virtual sleep training package, and the more in-home nights you book, the more you'll save on your virtual package. Total investment will vary depending on how many nights and which level of virtual support you choose.

“The best thing we did for our family and Shiloh (6 months old) was hiring Lauren. Lauren was available whenever I was struggling in the middle of the night and coached me virtually through the entire process. Within 4 days Shiloh was sleeping from 7:30pm to 7:00am. I was truly amazed because, I had tried everything from apps to hiring a different sleep specialist in my area but; nothing worked until I found Lauren. I am constantly referring everyone I know to Lauren because, like I tell them she is without a doubt the best money I have spent in the past 10 years.”

-Brooke C

“Our four month old hit a rough sleep regression with multiple wake-ups throughout the night. We were hesitant to reach out for help because it is our third and we’ve had two great sleepers. But we eventually got to our breaking point. Thanks to Lauren and her advice, after three tough days of transition, we are sleeping again! Lauren was incredibly consistent in her checkins and follow ups over the two week period to work out any issues. Thank you for your help- we are all happier and able to enjoy this phase of our lives without the sleep deprivation!”

“Lauren was great with helping us sleep train our daughter, Schuyler. Schuyler was still sleeping in a swaddle and needing to be rocked to sleep every night. Now she's self-soothes herself to sleep and she's sleeping in a sleep sack. We went from having to wake up numerous times in the night to only going in once. She gave great recommendations for products and was always available when I had questions (even in the middle of the night!) Highly recommend Lauren! Everybody is sleeping better!”

FAQs

  • I primarily use a gentle, structured method called Check and Console, which is similar to the Ferber method but with a more intuitive, tuned-in approach. While it follows a framework of timed check-ins, we’re also paying close attention to your child’s cues, tuning into their fussing, pauses, and progress, so that our response is thoughtful and responsive, not rigid.

This method allows your child space to self-soothe and learn to fall asleep independently, while still feeling supported. You’re never ignoring your baby, but instead helping them build a new skill with calm, consistent reassurance.

That said, sleep isn’t one size fits all. I often blend different evidence-based methods to find what works best for your child’s age, temperament, and your parenting style. Whether we’re working with an infant or toddler, the plan is always customized to meet your goals and comfort level.

And if your child is still feeding at night, that’s okay. Sleep training and night weaning don’t have to happen at the same time. We can maintain night feeds and work on sleep separately, or address both together, depending on what feels right for your family.

  • The newborn plan is foundational, not correctional. It’s designed to gently guide sleep in the right direction during those early weeks. At this stage, there’s a lot of education involved, and the core principles apply to most babies. With that said, I’ll absolutely tweak certain recommendations based on your baby’s temperament, feeding needs, and your parenting style.

  • By the end of the two-three weeks, most children are either sleeping through the night or well on their way, and families typically feel confident continuing on their own. If your child is still making progress and you'd like continued support, I offer the option to extend coaching on a week-by-week basis.

  • Because each plan is customized to your child and family, and includes dedicated time, support, and coaching, I do not offer refunds. I depend on parents to provide consistent feedback and follow the plan closely so I can track progress and make adjustments as needed well before our time together ends. That said, my goal is always for you to feel supported and satisfied with the results, and I’m committed to working closely with you to help your child make meaningful progress.

  • Yes! Night weaning and sleep training are not exclusive, you can absolutely sleep train while continuing to breastfeed overnight. It’s very possible to have a baby who is a confident, independent sleeper and still wakes to nurse when needed. If your goal is to continue breastfeeding until your baby naturally drops night feeds, I’ll fully support that. And if you'd like to gradually reduce or eliminate night feeds, we can work a gentle, gradual weaning process into your sleep plan.

  • At this time, I do not offer payment plans.
